Jembe Mpya" (New Hoe) represents fresh, accountable leadership. Hon. Robinas Makana will tackle unemployment, water shortages, poor roads, and insecurity across all 6 wards—Barut, London, Kapkures, Shaabab, Kaptembwo, and Rhonda—through community-driven solutions.

Unlike others, he will:

  • Hold monthly public audits of CDF projects.

  • Live locally to understand daily struggles.

  • Prioritize YOUR ward’s unique needs (e.g., water in Kaptembwo/Rhonda, roads in Barut/Kapkures).

  • Install 100 solar streetlights in crime hotspots.

  • Community policing partnerships + CCTV in markets.

  • Youth mentorship programs to reduce gang recruitment.
